Please mention your company name and, if it is about an order, the order number (for example BL-10439): you will find it in the app under Orders and in the confirmation email.
Damaged or missing products? Note it on the consignment note on delivery and report it within 48 hours, preferably with a photo.
Technical problems with the app
Is something in the app not working as it should? Email hello (at) smds.be, stating your device type, the app version (found under Settings) and what happened.
Frequently asked questions
Who can order?
Only businesses with a valid VAT number. You can register with a VAT number that is “pending”, but you can only order once the number is valid. You also need to have confirmed your email address: that is where we send your order confirmation.
I'm not receiving a code.
When you log in, we only send a code to an email address or number known to Buss Lifestyle. No account yet? Register your business first. Also check your spam folder. You can request a new code as soon as the line around the Resend code button has disappeared (after 30 seconds). You can also log in with your email address instead of your mobile number, or the other way round, if you have confirmed it before.
How do I change my delivery address or opening hours?
In the Delivery details tab. Changes are saved immediately.
How do I pay?
In advance in the app, with the payment methods the app offers. Payment is handled by Mollie.
When will my order be delivered?
The app shows an estimated delivery date before and after payment, taking your opening hours into account.
How do I delete my account?
Via Profile → Delete account and all data, or see Delete your account.
